I had a Career Ladder meeting tonight at work. It lasted until 6:00 pm. I'm just drained. We found out there is a form that needs to be filled out numerous times for each participant. It's a bit extreme. I cannot wait until this year is over, because I'm so done with Career Ladder after this year. It's one of the stresses at my job I can control and it's way more stressful than any amount of money is worth. But, it also means there will be even less of me offered after hours.
