Our Wii came today. Well, actually, it came on Saturday. But, it was delivery confirmation and needed a signature so I got a little card in my mailbox on Saturday and had to go pick it up this afternoon after work. I'm like a kid with this thing. I cannot wait to play with it. It's from Santa. This year he's giving one big gift to the whole family and the Wii is it.

What's really funny is the other day when I was going through my bonus emails from MyPoints there was one from GameFly. This is a service just like Netflix, only you rent the video games that work with your console instead of movies. The first month is free and I got 1000 points on MyPoints for joining. So, I went ahead and joined already. I have two games on their way to me. I know Christmas is still 21 days away, but hey, they will be here for us to mess around with during our Christmas time.

I am hoping that sometime this week or weekend we can have someone watch the kids for a while and hook it up. I really want to make sure it works before we wrap it up for Christmas. Yes, I have an ulterior motive in wanting to play with it, but I also do not want to plug it all in on Christmas Day just to see it doesn't work. I'm not sure who would be more disappointed, me or the kids.

Tonight was Michaela's gymnastics night. Caleb had to go with us this time, because Michael was off doing stuff for work. Actually, he and his dad helped Griff go pick up something Griff bought. I'm not sure what, but I am sure that he and my mom don't have room for it.

Then, Michael and his dad built some kind of box thing to go around the new water heater at Michael's work's new building. Michael did not get home until about 10:00 p.m. last night. I miss my husband. I will be glad when all this extra work stuff is over. I just want him home in the evenings.
