She had sinus surgery about a week and half ago. She's still mending. She says she's not really in too much pain anymore, but still just gets very tired. The doctor that did it, did a great job. They ended up having to break her nose three times before they could get every thing in place and there was no bruising.
I found the lights and scarf to our inflatable snowman, tonight. Now it is in the corner of our living room where it belongs. It's nice to have it back up this year.
While Michaela was at gymnastics tonight, I went to Target. I was looking for a small Christmas tree to put on my snowman table so I could hang the snowman ornaments on it. I just wanted a small traditionally green tree. They have trees in just about every neon color there is. I managed to find a regular green one, but it was not easy. It was shoved behind some boxes where the novelty stockings were. I'm sorry to anyone who may have stashed it there for later, but I needed it. It's 1 1/2 feet tall and is perfect.
I got a few stocking stuffers while I was there, too. I wandered around and just enjoying some quiet time. I lost track of time and made it back JUST in time to get Michaela after gymnastics was over. It was a good evening.
