So, I started looking through the things the ONE vendor that sells things like that from which I can earn MyPoints, points from. I've got almost 12,000 points right now. I could get about 3 gift cards with that many, but I'm not sure which gift cards I want yet.
I am going to have to go back to the first ornament site to get my mother-in-law's ornament. I get her one every year for her birthday. Her birthday is three days before Christmas. I started that tradition the Christmas before Michael and I got engaged. Which was a month and a half before we got engaged. So, this will be the 15th year I've gotten her an ornament.
Anyway, I found one I really like at the first website I was looking at and they don't have it at the MyPoints vendor. Oh well. I guess I just won't get points for that one.
I also poked around at Oriental Trading a little. That's where I usually get the stuff to put in the goody bags I make for my students, Michaela's classmates and Caleb's classmates. I love that website. I may get Michaela's teacher's gift from there this year, too. I'll look at see if there's anything for the afternoon teachers at Guppy, also.
I found some ornaments I'd love to get my mom last night, too. It was on yet another site. They are angels with Thomas Kinkade paintings on them. They are beautiful. There were TONS of different kinds of ornaments with Thomas Kinkade paintings on them at that site. I couldn't decide which ones I liked best. It was a really cool site.
So, that was basically my evening. Michael was at work until about 9:00 pm so I was ready to get in the shower by the time he got home. Hopefully, he'll be home at a decent time tomorrow night.
